ABOUT HMC
Horatio practices primarily immigration law. Horatio is the son of immigrants from South America. He was born and raised outside Detroit, Michigan, and has lived in New Mexico for over twelve years. Having his own family immigration story, Horatio is passionate about focusing his practice on immigration law, and specifically family-based immigration.
Horatio currently serves as a board member for the immigration law section of the New Mexico State Bar and also serves as the liaison between the Young Lawyers Division and the immigration law section. He is also a part-time instructor at Western New Mexico University, teaching an online immigration course. Horatio consistently volunteers his time at legal fairs, DACA workshops, and other functions that service his community.
