ABOUT HMC
Horatio practices primarily immigration law. Horatio is the son of immigrants from South America. He was born and raised outside Detroit, Michigan, and has lived in New Mexico for over twenty years. Having his own family immigration story, Horatio is passionate about focusing his practice on immigration law, and specifically family-based immigration.
Horatio is an active member of the New Mexico State Bar. He has worked as a part-time instructor at Western New Mexico University, teaching an online immigration course, as well as a part-time adjunct professor at the University of New Mexico School of Law, also teaching immigration classes. Horatio consistently volunteers his time at legal fairs, legal workshops, and other areas that service his community.
